Responsibilities
About the Role
We are looking for a Process Engineer II to support and optimize our Thermal manufacturing operations. You will drive process stability, troubleshooting, yield improvement, process validation, and NPI projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily technical support to Thermal production and troubleshoot process issues.
- Drive yield, quality, and productivity improvement through Lean Six Sigma and waste reduction.
- Support APQP, NPI, process qualification, and localization projects.
- Develop and maintain core process documentation including SOPs, PFMEA, and Control Plans.
- Train technicians, operators, and supervisors on optimized process parameters.
Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Chemical, Polymer, Materials, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in manufacturing process engineering.
- Industry Focus: Prior experience in thermal products, rubber, silicone, or polymers preferred.
- Core Standards & Tools: Well-versed in IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, APQP, PFMEA, SPC, and MSA.
- Software: Preferred proficiency in AutoCAD or Inventor.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
