We are looking for a Quality Assurance Executive to support the Company in maintaining our quality standards, workplace safety and managing day-to-day office administration and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance & OSH

• Maintain and update the Company's ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and GDPMD documentation and procedures.
• Ensure departments follow established quality, environmental and safety requirements.
• Assist with internal and external audits and follow up on audit findings.
• Monitor non-conformities and corrective actions.
• Maintain OSH-related records and documentation and coordinate basic workplace safety matters.
• Assist in quality, environmental, safety and process improvement initiatives.

Administration Support

• Support the Company in day-to-day administrative and office management matters.
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers and service providers when required.
• Coordinating administrative activities across different departments.
• Maintain proper records and documentation for assigned administrative matters.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant working experience.
• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin would be an added advantage)
• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and/or GDPMD will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
