Requirements

  • Malaysian citizen.
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; Diploma in Hospitality, F&B Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.
  • Preferably 1–2 years of experience in the F&B industry, including experience leading or supervising a team.
  • Good leadership and people-management skills.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Able to handle customer complaints and operational issues professionally.
  • Good understanding of F&B operations, food hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems, cashiering, inventory, and stock control.
  • Responsible, disciplined, organised, and able to work independently.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to operational requirements.
  • Positive attitude with a hands-on approach to daily outlet operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Service Crew and other outlet staff.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Assign duties and workstations to team members according to operational requirements.
  • Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, performance, and adherence to company policies.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and on-the-job training to new and existing team members.
  • Ensure customers receive prompt, friendly, and professional service.
  • Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and escalate serious matters when necessary.
  • Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, service standards, and order accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace safety requirements.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and stock control.
  • Minimise food wastage, operational losses, and unnecessary expenses.
  • Oversee cashiering activities and ensure cash and cashless transactions are handled accurately.
  • Assist with daily sales reconciliation, cash handling, and preparation of operational reports where required.
  • Ensure all equipment, dining areas, counters, and workstations are properly maintained and kept clean.
  • Support the Outlet Manager/Management in achieving sales targets and operational objectives.
  • Assist in manpower planning and preparation of staff duty schedules when required.
  • Ensure employees comply with the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and service standards.
  • Report operational issues, staff matters, equipment problems, or customer incidents promptly to Management.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Outlet Manager or Management from time to time.
