Responsibilities

Project Support

• Assist project leads with data collection and basic analysis using Google Sheets to keep reports accurate and timely.
• Create clear slide decks and one-page summaries to communicate project progress and findings.
• Track task lists and follow up with colleagues to ensure milestones are met on schedule.
• Help prepare materials for internal reviews and client meetings using Google Workspace tools.

Operations & Client Support

• Respond to routine client queries via email and Zoom, escalating issues when needed.
• Maintain client records and documentation with attention to confidentiality and version control.
• Support onboarding tasks for new clients, including setup and verification of required documents.
• Coordinate meeting logistics and prepare agendas and minutes for team calls.

Content & Learning

• Produce short educational content and templates to standardise internal processes and client communications.
• Help test and improve small process pilots to make daily work smoother for the team.
• Record simple how-to notes and shareable guides for common tools and tasks.
• Attend training sessions and apply feedback quickly to strengthen your skills.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Fresh graduate or equivalent with 0 years of professional experience; candidates from finance, business, or related studies preferred.
• Basic understanding of financial or business concepts gained from coursework, internships, or projects.
• Willingness to work full time and commit to a structured trainee programme for practical learning.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Proficient in Google Sheets and comfortable with formulas, sorting, and basic data cleaning.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace apps and Zoom for collaboration and virtual meetings.
• Experience or interest in content creation for reports or simple client-facing materials.
• Comfortable using templates, basic slide design, and standard business formatting.
