GME Carbon Hiring! Full Time Purchasing Clerk in Johor, Earn up to MYR 1,900 - Ricebowl

• To review and acknowledge on New and Existing Supplier Assessment.
• To liaise with new or potential supplier for sample evaluation.
• The assessment and selection of existing / new supplier.
• The verification of purchased products to ensure they are conforming to the specified standard.
• Issue PR in system and PO after get approval from manager level.
• Issue GRN in system after receive the goods.
• Meeting with supplier to ensure they supply the right product as what end user request.
• Discuss with supplier about the payment terms.
• Handling of non-conforming materials, i.e. respond to supplier and take action (if necessary).
• The drafting / issuance of all correspondences relating to Purchasing Department e.g. letter of complaint (to supplier).
• Follow up status delivery for overseas dan local order.
• Booking service car (for company car).
• Any assignments from superior.

Pay: From RM1,900.00 per month
