Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily reservation activities including enquiries, bookings, amendments, cancellations, and special requests.

• Handle reservations through phone, email, website, WhatsApp, OTAs, and corporate channels.

• Ensure accurate booking entries in PMS and reservation systems.

• Support in implementing pricing strategies and inventory controls.

• Monitor occupancy, booking pace, demand trends, and room availability.

• Assist in managing room rates, packages, promotions, and distribution channels.

• Support Sales Team with quotations, availability checks, and booking coordination.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree holder in hospitality management, business, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel reservations, revenue, or front office operations.

• Experience in resort, wellness, or luxury hospitality environment is an advantage.

• Familiar with PMS, OTA platforms, and reservation systems.

• Pleasant, polite, and professional personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.

• Always present a warm attitude with a positive mindset and welcoming smile.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
