About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with Product Owner responsibilities to join our team. You will be responsible for gathering and defining software requirements, ensuring clarity between business and development teams, supporting testing activities, and promoting the product internally. Experience in the healthcare or medical equipment industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, understanding the app’s goals, features, and user needs.
• Develop clear, detailed functional specifications that accurately capture business and user requirements.
• Serve as a key liaison between business users and the development team to ensure mutual understanding.
• Work closely with QA teams to help define test plans and test cases aligned with functional requirements.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that the product meets all agreed specifications.
• Act as a Product Owner by actively promoting the team’s product to internal stakeholders and driving adoption.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of market trends and user needs in the healthcare or medical devicespace.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in software development projects.
• Strong understanding of requirement gathering, functional specification documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with testing lifecycle support, including UAT coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to bridge business and technical teams.
• Ability to effectively "sell" or promote internal products to business stakeholders.
• Prior experience or domain knowledge in healthcare or medical equipment is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
