Role Description The Presales Solutions Architect at TDI APJ is a full-time role based in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on engaging with prospective and existing clients to understand business requirements, design suitable technical solutions, and present proposals that align with customer objectives and company offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting discovery sessions, preparing solution designs and architecture diagrams, creating and delivering product demonstrations, and supporting the sales team with technical expertise during meetings, workshops, and tenders. The Presales Solutions Architect will collaborate with delivery and development teams to validate feasibility, estimate effort, and ensure proposed solutions can be implemented effectively. The role also involves preparing documentation such as proposals and technical write-ups, responding to RFPs/RFQs, and staying current with industry trends and technologies relevant to TDI APJ's solutions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Solution Architecture, with the ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that meet client requirements.
• Strong Consulting skills, including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Hands-on experience in SAP Solutions and AI Solutions with solid understanding of common frameworks, APIs, and software engineering best practices.
• Proficiency in Integration concepts and tools, including system interoperability, data exchange, and integration patterns.
• Understanding of Business Process analysis and optimization, with the ability to map processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and delivery teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in a presales, solutions consulting, or technical sales role is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities in parallel, and meet timelines in a fast-paced environment.
