Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and body massages according to company standards.
• Consult with clients to assess their skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments and home-care products.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment in the treatment rooms.
• Sterilize and maintain all beauty tools and equipment regularly.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Assist with stock management and product sales at the reception when needed.

Requirements:

• Certification: Valid certificate/diploma in Beauty Therapy from a recognized institution (e.g., ITE or equivalent).
