- This is a technical Global Service Desk role providing full-landscape support across Wintel, Active Directory, Azure/M365, and UTM networking.
- Candidates must have strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory (DHCP, DNS, GPO), and Microsoft cloud services.
- Practical experience handling networking components, including UTM firewall devices, routers, switches, and security incidents is required.
- Responsibilities include managing multi-tiered service tickets, assisting UK clients directly, and coordinating with third-party vendors.
- Employees observe Malaysian public holidays, with paid overtime offered when working on local holidays.
- Collaborative 24/7 Global Service Desk team with deep technical expertise across London and Kuala Lumpur.
- The team maintains a proactive, customer-focused culture dedicated to delivering high-quality support to UK-based enterprise clients.
- Engineers work closely with London colleagues to ensure smooth ticket handovers, continuous learning, and inclusive team collaboration.
