We are seeking a highly skilled Component-Level Debug Engineer to join our engineering team in a fast-paced EMS environment. This role involves performing detailed circuit-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis on failed PCBA units from production, focusing on restoring functionality and providing feedback for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible to lead the component level debug team .
• Perform component-level debugging and repair of defective printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) due to internal reject, or customer returns (RMA).
• Use diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, signal generators to identify failure points.
• Analyze circuit schematics and layout to trace faults and recommend rework or replacement actions.
• Document root cause findings in the failure analysis system and generate detailed debug and rework reports.
• Collaborate with Test Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to communicate trends and systemic issues.
• Support FA (Failure Analysis) processes for high-reliability and mission-critical products.

Qualification and Experience.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in component-level debugging in a manufacturing or EMS environment.
• Strong understanding of analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits.
• Hands-on experience with electronic measurement and test equipment.
• Proficient in reading schematics, layout files, and BOMs.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
