Associate / Senior Associate Architect (Registered with BOA), Singapore

The firm has a strong global presence and an established portfolio across mixed-use, infrastructure, commercial, hospitality, residential and large-scale urban projects. They are looking for an experienced architectural professional who can lead project teams through the full design and delivery lifecycle, while managing clients, consultants and technical coordination.

The role will involve:

• Leading projects from concept through to completion

• Managing multidisciplinary design teams, resources and deliverables

• Overseeing technical documentation, drawings and specifications

• Coordinating with clients, consultants and regulatory stakeholders

• Supporting statutory submissions and compliance requirements

• Mentoring and developing junior team members

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

They are ideally looking for someone with:

• 10–15 years of architectural experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent

• Strong design, technical and project leadership capabilities

• Proven experience managing teams and client relationships

• Experience in mixed-use and/or infrastructure projects

• Strong BIM / Revit Architecture capability

BOA registration in Singapore would be advantageous, as would certifications such as GMP or GMFP.

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced architect looking to take on significant project leadership responsibility within an internationally recognised design environment.
