Data Analytics & Reporting

• Perform data analytics on warehouse operation-related activities including cost analysis, efficiency tracking, and process reviews
• Automate data consolidation from WMS, SAP, and 3PL reports to reduce manual reporting effort
• Develop and maintain automated Power BI dashboards for operational visibility and decision-making
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on operational issues and present findings with recommended actions

Co-Packing & Value-Added Services (VAS) Management

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor all co-packing and value-added services (VAS) to meet service, cost, and quality targets
• Manage end-to-end co-packing execution — encompassing planning, capacity assessment, material readiness, and output delivery
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure planned schedules and output targets are met
• Proactively identify risks and work with stakeholders on mitigation plans to minimise disruption

KPI Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor and report on logistics KPIs, supporting data-driven improvement plans and execution
• Lead/support productivity improvement and cost savings initiatives across inbound, storage, picking, despatch, and co-packing operations
• Conduct project-related and ad hoc tasks in connection with continuous improvement projects, tenders, and peak management

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
