Responsibilities
Job Title: Part-Time Order Admin (2pm–5pm Daily)
About Us
Mr Popiah is a Food Manufacturing business selling through offline stores, TikTok Shop, Shopee and supermarket partners. We're looking for an organised part-time admin to keep our orders running smoothly.
What You'll Do
Check and respond to incoming orders on WhatsApp and customer calls
Monitor and process orders on TikTok Shop, Shopee and supermarket supplier portals
Key in invoices accurately into our system
Collate and compile all daily orders into a delivery list for the delivery and operations team
Flag any order issues (missing details, stock problems, cancellations) to the team
Other simple admin tasks when needed
Requirements
Comfortable using WhatsApp, e-commerce apps and computers (Excel / Google Sheets a plus)
Careful with details and good at keeping records organised
Experience with Shopee, TikTok Shop or order admin is a bonus, but not required. Training provided
Reliable and punctual
Students, homemakers and retirees welcome
Must be able to converse in both English and Mandarin
Work Details
Hours: 2pm – 5pm daily (3 hours)
Weekends: May be required. Pay for weekend work is negotiable
Location: 15 Senoko Drive, JTC Food hub #03-06,758202
Pay: $1500 neogtiable
Start Date: Immediate
