Responsibilities

• Support pre-sales activities for AI, Generative AI, automation, and digital transformation solutions, including Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Services, AI agents, and automation platforms.
• Assist in gathering customer requirements and identifying opportunities to improve business processes through AI and workflow automation.
• Develop demonstrations, Proof-of-Concepts (PoC), and prototypes to showcase AI and automation use cases.
• Work closely with sales and consulting teams to prepare solution proposals, presentations, and technical documentation.
• Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and solution discussions to understand business challenges and recommend suitable technologies.
• Support implementation teams by providing technical assistance, best practices, and solution knowledge transfer where required.
• Research emerging AI technologies, automation tools, and market trends to enhance solution offerings and customer engagements.
• Contribute to tender submissions by preparing technical responses, solution diagrams, and demonstration materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 0–3 years of experience in software development, automation, AI solutions, IT operations, or related technical fields. Fresh graduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to customers.
• Basic understanding of AI, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or intelligent automation concepts.
• Hands-on experience or exposure to Azure AI Services, Copilot Studio, OpenAI or similar technologies is an advantage.
• Knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, C#, PowerShell, or REST API integration is preferred.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn new technologies, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Relevant Microsoft, AI, cloud, or automation certifications are a plus.
