Responsibilities
Up to $5,500 Basic + Max 3 Months Bonus
Commonwealth | Mon–Fri | 8:30am–5:30pm
Construction Industry
The Role
Manage full spectrum HR functions and daily HR operations.
Handle payroll and work pass administration.
Manage leave, attendance and employee records.
Coordinate hiring, onboarding, confirmation and offboarding.
Administer training and maintain training records.
Handle CPF, IR8A, IR21 and government claims.
Prepare HR reports and manage employee enquiries.
Handle staff disputes and labour legislation matters.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 5 years' relevant experience.
Construction industry background required.
Payroll and work pass experience required.
Experience in handling staff disputes.
Familiar with MOM regulations and Singapore employment practices.
Strong communication, organisation and Microsoft Office skills.
