Responsibilities
- Manage logistics documentation including shipping documents, bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork
- Coordinate closely with customers, and various internal departments to ensure all full proper documentations receive.
- Ensure timely billing and accuracy of the invoices.
- Support the logistics team with data entry and general administrative duties
- Maintain filing systems and ensure all documentation is organized and easily retrievable
