Our Client

My client is currently looking for a Corporate Paralegal to be based in Singapore.

The Role

• Review contracts (includes highlighting issues and analysing risks) and support corporate governance and administration.
• Maintain proper records keeping, control and security of corporate and legal documentation.
• Respond to requests for information and documents in relation to the corporate matters, from our internal and external auditors, regulators, financial partners (KYC), and other stakeholders.
• Manage department’s invoice payments, contract negotiations with service vendors, assist with annual accrual and budget reporting.
• Assist to liaise with various parties to organize earnings calls, press releases, filing of announcements, update on company website.,

To Qualify

• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Law or equivalent.
