About the Roles

Join an Engineering & Construction Services company as a Project Manager, based islandwide with the office located in Tuas. This is a permanent position with a 5.5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 8:45am–5:30pm; Saturday, 8:30am–12:30pm), offering Basic Salary + Transport Allowance + Performance Bonus.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Manage electrical and instrumentation projects from commencement through completion.
• Coordinate electrical and instrumentation installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Track project timelines, costs, quality standards, and key milestones.
• Liaise with clients, internal teams, contractors, and suppliers throughout project execution.
• Provide regular project updates and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Identify potential project risks and implement appropriate solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Supervise engineering teams and support smooth project delivery.
• Maintain accurate project records and document lessons learned.
• Handle ad hoc assignments and special projects when required.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in the electrical and instrumentation industry.
• Experience managing electrical and instrumentation installation, testing, and commissioning works.
• Proven experience delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
• Experience in infrastructure or industrial projects is advantageous.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or a related professional certification is advantageous.
• Possession of own transport is advantageous due to travel between project sites.
