About the Roles

Join a Construction Engineering project as a Resident Engineer, supporting works across islandwide locations on a permanent basis. This role follows a 5-day work week, Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm, and offers a basic salary of up to $7,500 plus Variable Bonus.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the C&S site team in supervising, monitoring, and inspecting construction activities as directed by CAG, QP(S), QP(Geo), and project consultants.
• Verify that construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate site matters with contractors, consultants, and relevant stakeholders.
• Track construction progress and address site-related issues as they arise.
• Maintain accurate site supervision documentation and construction records.
• Prepare and submit required progress reports.
• Guide site staff while promoting effective teamwork and clear communication.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore.
• Accreditation by the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Civil & Structural Engineer, including supervision of projects of similar size and complexity, particularly major building construction and deep excavation works.
• Familiarity with relevant statutory codes, site supervision requirements, quality control procedures, construction administration, and progress reporting.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence and own transport, as travel to project sites is required.
