Responsibilities
Logistics Import & Export Operations Assistant
Salary: $2,500 - $3,500 (Based on Experience)
Location: Joo Koon
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Monthly Rest Days: 6
Responsibilities:
Coordinate import and export shipments and daily logistics operations
Arrange transportation, shipping schedules, and cargo deliveries
Process orders and maintain accurate shipping documentation
Liaise with customers, suppliers, transporters, and relevant parties
Monitor shipment progress and ensure timely delivery
Support warehouse and distribution coordination when required
Requirements:
Relevant experience in import/export or foreign trade operations
Experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or warehouse coordination is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
Familiar with shipping documentation and transportation arrangements
Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple shipments simultaneously
Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
