Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Contract Account Assistant to join our finance team for a 9-month contract. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate finance operations within a fast-paced regional logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily accounting operations, including accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP).
Perform data entry, invoice verification, and payment preparation.
Assist in month-end closing activities and balance sheet reconciliations.
Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
Support the finance team with ad-hoc administrative and reporting tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum LCCI / Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.
Fresh graduates or candidates with prior internship/work experience in accounting are welcome to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and standard accounting software.
Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Able to commit for the full 9-month contract duration.
