Job Summary:

The QC In-Line & Operation personnel is responsible for ensuring all production processes and products comply with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards. This role monitors the production line, inspects raw materials and finished goods, and supports operational efficiency in accordance with GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, JAKIM, and KKM requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality & Food Safety Compliance
• Ensure all QC records, forms, and documentation are accurately maintained and updated in compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, JAKIM, and KKM standards.
• Conduct regular in-line inspections to ensure product quality and safety are consistently maintained throughout production.
• Production Line Monitoring
• Monitor production line activities to ensure adherence to SOPs, product specifications, and hygiene requirements.
• Identify non-conformities, take immediate corrective actions, and report findings to the QC Executive or Production Manager.
• Hygiene & Sanitation Control
• Monitor personal hygiene of workers, equipment cleanliness, sanitation activities, pest control, and storage temperature to ensure compliance with food safety requirements.
• Conduct regular hygiene audits and follow up on corrective actions.
• Label & Packaging Verification
• Inspect and verify printed labels for accuracy — including product name, batch number, expiry date, and other mandatory information — to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Materials Inspection
• Perform inspection on incoming raw materials, packaging, and outgoing finished goods to ensure they meet the approved specifications.
• Audit & Documentation
• Participate in internal and external audits to support certification and compliance efforts.
• Maintain updated QC records, inspection reports, and corrective action follow-ups.
• Operational Support
• Collaborate with the production team to maintain smooth daily operations and ensure timely completion of production schedules.
• Assist in troubleshooting quality or process issues during production.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
