Key Responsibilities:

• Create attractive graphic designs for social media, posters, banners, brochures and promotional materials.
• Develop engaging copywriting and social media content in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos for dialysis centre activities, events and campaigns.
• Edit photos, short videos and Reels/TikTok-style content for digital platforms.
• Plan and manage social media content and monthly content calendars.
• Produce healthcare-related content, including dialysis services, kidney health awareness, patient education and CSR activities.
• Ensure all content follows the organisation’s branding, professionalism, patient confidentiality and consent requirements.
• Support marketing, branding, recruitment and event-related creative requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Marketing or related field.
• Proficient in Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software.
• Good photography and videography skills using a camera or smartphone.
• Good copywriting skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Creative, proactive and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram and TikTok content creation.
• Fresh graduates with a strong creative portfolio are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
