Job Summary

Manage and lead daily cleaning operations by supervising staff, planning manpower and schedules, monitoring quality and site performance, and maintaining client communication to ensure high standards and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead daily cleaning operations to achieve consistent quality and efficiency

Supervise cleaning supervisors and workers to ensure adherence to standards and schedules

Plan and allocate manpower and work schedules to meet operational demands across multiple sites

Monitor cleaning quality and site performance, identifying and resolving issues promptly

Communicate effectively with clients to address feedback and maintain positive relationships

Manage cleaning equipment and materials to ensure availability and proper use

Enforce workplace safety protocols and company procedures to maintain a safe working environment

Perform additional operational duties as required to support business needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and client interactions

Exhibit responsibility, organization, and a strong work ethic to maintain operational standards

Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites effectively

Minimum 3 years of relevant cleaning or management experience
