About the role
This role involves supervising and coordinating site activities to ensure smooth project execution, planning and allocating daily manpower, and monitoring work progress while liaising with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure smooth project execution
- Plan and allocate daily manpower while ensuring all work is carried out according to construction and shop drawings
- Monitor work progress, attend project meetings, and liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Assist the Project Manager with shop drawing preparations, method statement submissions, and project documentation
- Prepare and maintain project reports, inspection records, handover documents, and defect lists in a timely manner
- Record and track all project defects, ensuring proper documentation for variation orders and other related matters
- Ensure projects are completed and handed over within deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
- Provide proactive solutions to site-related issues in coordination with the Project Team
- Enforce proper construction safety measures and compliance at all times
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment required for project operations
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Building Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Excellent coordination, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings
- Commitment to a 5.5-day work week schedule
Pay: RM13,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
