Responsibilities
Salary: S$2,500 – S$3,800/month
Working Days: 5.5 days per week
Working Hours: 12-hour Shift
Location: West
Job Responsibilities
Perform preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance for M&E, electrical and mechanical systems.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning and building facility systems.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure smooth facility operations.
Respond promptly to breakdowns, defect reports, customer complaints and client requests.
Carry out servicing and repair works for building facilities and M&E systems.
Monitor and report faults or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Facilities Maintenance or Engineering.
Minimum ITE / NITEC / Higher NITEC / NTC / Vocational Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Air-Conditioning, Building, Facilities Management or related fields.
Experience in M&E / building maintenance / electrical / ACMV is preferred.
Experience with BMS, HVAC, chillers, AHU or FCU will be an advantage
