Responsibilities
Job Description:
Maintain filing of all administrative matters
Maintain and ensure administrative records are up to date and accurate
Initiate and foster a spirit of cooperation within and among departments
Ensure and maintains quality standards by enforcing organisation protocols
Ensure equipment are operational by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Create and revise systems and procedures by analysing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and personnel requirements; and from there, implementing change.
Maintain safe and clean work environment by training and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources
Maintain compliance with established policies and procedures
Keep up to date with GMPs
All other duties assigned as deemed necessary for the warehouse operations
