Job description

• Maintain a well-organized showroom and participate in sales meetings while staying updated on new car models and current industry trends.
• Possess strong knowledge of features, specifications, and capabilities of various car models, especially PERODUA vehicles.
• Welcome customers, identify their needs and budget, and recommend suitable vehicle options.
• Conduct test drives to demonstrate vehicle performance and key features to customers.
• Manage sales documentation, including processing orders, arranging financing, and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
• Assist customers in completing all necessary documents related to vehicle purchases.
• Handle customer loan applications, disbursement processes, and ownership transfers (e-hakmilik).
• Prepare customer bookings by entering details into the system and opening customer files.
• Coordinate and deliver vehicles to customers upon completion of purchase.
• Communicate with customers via phone calls and WhatsApp regarding purchase-related matters.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Job Qualification

• Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent.
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is an added advantage.
• Prior experience as a Sales Advisor is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and understand their requirements.
• Good knowledge of car features and specifications.
• Trustworthy, responsible, and able to create a positive buying experience for customers.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and system updates.
• Self-driven and able to work independently to meet sales targets.
• Patient and persistent in handling customer inquiries and closing sales.

Remuneration

• Commission based only (No basic salary & allowance)

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM40,000.00 per month
