Quartus islooking for a motivated and hands-on Business Operations Associate to join ourgrowing team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with seniormanagement and gain broad exposure across business operations in a fast-movingstartup environment.

KeyResponsibilities

• Support day-to-day businessoperations and key company initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functionalprojects and follow up on deliverables, timelines and action items.
• Assist management with businessplanning, research, analysis and operational execution.
• Prepare presentations, reports,meeting materials and business documentation as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams,external partners, vendors and other stakeholders.
• Track project progress, identifypotential issues and ensure timely follow-up.
• Support the improvement andimplementation of internal processes and operational workflows.
• Provide ad-hoc operational andproject support to senior management as required.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant workingexperience in business operations, project coordination, consulting, strategyor a related function.
• Bachelor's degree in Business,Management, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong organisational and projectcoordination skills with good attention to detail.
• Good analytical and problem-solvingabilities.
• Strong written and verbalcommunication skills.
• Able to work independently,prioritise effectively and operate comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, resourceful and willingto take initiative.
• Previous experience in a startup orfast-growing organisation is an advantage.
