• Perform inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
• Receive, inspect, sort, label, and store incoming goods accurately.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to work instructions.
• Load and unload goods using appropriate material handling equipment.
• Handle and move cartons or materials, which may weigh up to 15–20 kg, as part of daily warehouse operations.
• Conduct stock counting, cycle counts, and inventory checks.
• Perform visual inspection of goods and report any discrepancies or damaged items.
• Update inventory transactions using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS), where applicable.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock handling.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and warehouse operating processes.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards (5S) within the warehouse.
• Support other warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or inventory operations is preferred.
• Able to perform manual handling tasks in a warehouse environment.
• Basic computer literacy is an advantage.
• A valid Singapore Forklift Licence is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to work at different warehouse locations across Singapore based on operational needs.
