Responsibilities

Qualification

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation, statutory requirements and HR practices.
  • Hands-on experience in Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR) matters will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in payroll processing, attendance, leave administration and HRIS/payroll systems, preferably InfoTech or similar software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Resourceful, self-driven and able to work independently.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise work and meet deadlines.
  • Professional, dependable and able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin would be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • To manage day-to-day HR operations including employee records, attendance, leave, payroll and other HR administration matters.
  • To handle the Integrated Payroll Software, Time Management Module, Annual Leave and Payroll Processing, preferably InfoTech or other similar software.
  • To ensure payroll is processed accurately and timely, including statutory contributions and submissions in compliance with applicable legislation.
  • To prepare, issue and maintain employment-related contracts, HR letters, correspondence and employee documentation.
  • To handle and support Employee Relations and Industrial Relations matters, including employee grievances, absenteeism, misconduct and disciplinary cases.
  • To coordinate disciplinary processes including investigations, show cause letters, warning letters, suspension and termination-related documentation, where required.
  • To provide HR support and guidance to employees and line managers on HR policies, procedures and employment-related matters.
  • To support recruitment activities including candidate screening, interview coordination, reference checks, offer and acceptance follow-up and onboarding.
  • To coordinate training and development activities including sourcing training providers, registration, payment, HRD Corp claims and other training arrangements.
  • To administer employee insurance programmes including GPA, GHS and General Insurance and process related claims.
  • To maintain accurate employee records, HR reports and HR-related data.
  • To assist in ensuring compliance with Company policies, employment legislation and statutory requirements.
  • To assist in organising employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster positive working relationships.
  • To support HR projects and initiatives including policy implementation, process improvement and other HR-related projects.
  • To liaise with relevant government authorities and external parties on HR-related matters, where required.
  • To perform any other HR-related duties and ad-hoc projects assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
