Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily business schedules, meetings, client visits and appointments.
• Support client communication, relationship management and business follow-up.
• Assist with business meetings, client reception and corporate activities.
• Coordinate transportation and travel arrangements for business and management needs.
• Provide executive support and handle ad-hoc administrative and coordination matters.
• Support business development and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational, coordination and time-management skills.
• Responsible, reliable and able to handle confidential matters professionally.
• Experience in business development, client management, sales, administration or executive support is preferred.
• Knowledge or academic background in finance, economics or related fields would be an advantage.
• Valid Singapore driving licence is an advantage.
