Absolook Interior Design is seeking a reliable, organised and highly motivated Executive Assistant to support our management team in the day-to-day running of the business.This role offers a great opportunity to work closely with management across executive support, administration and accounts coordination, while gaining broad exposure to the operations of a fast-paced interior design company.

Your Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support

Manage executive calendars, appointments and meeting schedules

Coordinate internal and external meetings

Arrange business travel and itineraries when required

Draft, edit and proofread emails, correspondence, reports and presentations

Act as a key liaison between management, clients, external accountants and team members

Maintain confidential company records, documentation

Provide day-to-day administrative support to management

Accounts & Financial Coordination

Record daily financial transactions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

Prepare client invoices and follow up on outstanding payments

Issue payment receipts and maintain accurate financial records

Reconcile monthly bank statements, petty cash and credit card expenses

Process employee and executive expense claims

Ensure proper supporting documents and receipts are maintained

Assist external accountants and auditors with month-end and tax preparation

What We’re Looking For:

Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Diploma / Graduate Diploma in Business or a related field

2–4 years of relevant working experience

Proficient in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken

Strong communication and writing skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Highly organised with good time-management skills

Proactive, responsible and able to work independently

Fast learner with a positive and hands-on attitude

Able to handle confidential information with professionalism

A good team player who can work well with different departments
