Job Description

General Info:

In this role, you will report to the Director, Hybrid Cloud & AI Strategy and Operations, supporting the execution of strategic and operational initiatives across Lenovo's Hybrid Cloud and AI portfolio. You will help improve PMO visibility, execution consistency, and data-driven decision-making across the portfolio.

Detailed responsibilities:

• Coordinate with PMO Project Managers to maintain a consolidated view of project timelines, assignments, risks, and overall status.
• Collaborate with PMO Project Managers to identify project activities suitable for AI-enabled automation or augmentation.
• Support portfolio-level reviews by preparing consolidated views of priorities, dependencies, and delivery risks.
• Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting on project milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items and decisions.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Offering Development, Delivery, and Operations teams.
• Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and status reports.
  
  Requirements/Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to track multiple tasks and priorities across concurrent projects.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Basic understanding of project management concepts, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Proficiency with common productivity and collaboration tools, high attention to detail, and willingness to learn AI-enabled ways of working.

Desired Skills/Like to Have

• Internship, co-op, or early-career experience supporting projects, programs, or operations.
• Familiarity with project tracking or work management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, *************, or similar.
• Exposure to cloud, AI, data, or technology-focused projects.
Introductory project management or Agile coursework, training, or certification
