We're Hiring: ExaCC Database Administrator / Infrastructure Engineer
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Type: Contract
We're looking for an experienced Oracle ExaCC DBA / Infrastructure Engineer to join a leading banking technology environment. If you have hands-on experience with Exadata Cloud at Customer, RAC, and DR, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Setup and maintain ExaCC Database Servers and Oracle Linux VMs
- Perform proactive patching for Infrastructure, DOMU, Grid Infrastructure, and Databases
- Enable HA/DR solutions and support DR simulation activities
- Monitor and maintain systems for optimum performance
- Improve and automate incident detection
- Provide 24x7 on-call support on a rotational basis
What We're Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience with ExaCC / Exadata
- Experience with Oracle RAC, Grid Infrastructure, and ASM
- Patching expertise using OPatch, OPatchAuto, dbaascli, and dbcli
- Experience with Data Guard, RMAN, and DR switchover/failover
- Automation/scripting skills using Shell, Python, or Ansible are an advantage
- Banking/FSI environment experience preferred
- OCP / OCI certification is a bonus
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM11,500.00 per month
