WE ARE HIRING | CLINIC ASSISTANT

7 Hills Mediclinic

Horizon Hills, Iskandar Puteri, Johor

We are looking for a friendly, responsible and motivated Clinic Assistant to join our team as we build a new modern private GP clinic serving the Horizon Hills community.

We are looking for someone who:

• Can speak Mandarin
• Is able to communicate well in English
• Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage
• Has a friendly and professional personality
• Is responsible, organised and attentive to detail
• Enjoys interacting with patients
• Is willing to learn and develop new skills
• Can work well independently and as part of a team

Previous clinic or healthcare experience is an advantage, but training will be provided for the right candidate.

Your role may include:

• Patient registration and reception
• Managing appointments and enquiries
• Taking vital signs
• Assisting the doctor during consultations
• Dispensing and preparing medications
• Stock management
• Taking part in Health Screening events.
• General clinic administrative duties
• Providing a warm and professional patient experience
