Responsibilities
Product Management
Upload and update product listings.
Organise products into relevant collections and categories.
Ensure product information is accurate and up to date.
Customer Service Support
Respond to routine customer enquiries.
Monitor and respond to customer reviews.
Escalate customer issues when necessary.
Order & Inventory Support
Update order tracking information.
Assist with product transfers and exchanges based on customer requests.
Perform basic order processing and fulfilment checks.
Assist with basic inventory updates and checks.
Requirements
Able to commit
at least 2–3 days per week on a long-term basis
.
Responsible, organised and detail-oriented.
Good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
E-commerce experience is an advantage but not required.
