SITE SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a responsible, hands-on and experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing construction team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, coordinating manpower and subcontractors, monitoring work progress and ensuring all works are carried out according to the required quality, safety and project schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction and site activities.
• Monitor work progress and ensure works are completed according to the approved schedule.
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors, suppliers and materials at site.
• Ensure all works comply with drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify any defects or issues requiring corrective action.
• Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with company and project requirements.
• Prepare and submit daily site progress reports.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with project team, consultants and clients when required.
• Plan manpower, materials and equipment requirements for daily operations.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction or related field.
• At least 2–5 years of relevant site supervision experience.
• Experience in building, renovation, roofing, waterproofing or construction works will be an advantage.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings.
• Good leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, disciplined and able to work independently.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites within Kelantan.
