• Carry out sales planning and representation for Tenpower within your assigned industry and accounts

• Sales and business development for lithium-ion battery products customers

• Formulate and present customer & sales strategies and product presentations

• Develop commercial and pricing strategies for quotations with commercial solid negotiation skills to secure new business

• Customers visit and develop, understand the real needs of customers, and introduce the company's products into the customer supply chain according to customer needs;

• Actively and aggressively pursue new business and meet all sales KPI’s

• Support current production projects (price management, change management, etc.)

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and problem resolution meetings
