My client is seeking passionate and energetic candidates to join their Equities Execution Services (EES) Client Ops and Strategic Analytics & Configuration (STAC) teams, where you’ll gain hands-on experience in trade lifecycle management, client service, and risk control. About the Teams

• EES Client Ops: A middle-office, client-facing team supporting cash equities trading. We focus on risk management, trade lifecycle management, and enhancing client experience.
• STAC Team: Specializes in client onboarding and account maintenance, ensuring seamless post-trade processes and acting as a key control point for operational changes.

What You’ll Do

• Trade Lifecycle Management: Support trade allocation, pre-matching, and settlement activities to ensure smooth client transactions.
• Client Service: Act as a trusted contact for clients, handling queries and complex requests with professionalism.
• Risk & Control: Help safeguard the firm by maintaining accurate records, performing timely controls, and ensuring compliance.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to automation projects and workflow enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, trading, technology, and compliance teams to resolve issues and support new initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in banking, finance with Internship experience in operations or finance is a plus.
