At TRIFECTA, our surf pool, ski simulators and skate bowl aren’t just facilities—they’re where thousands of people come to discover new sports, build confidence and find community. As our Facilities & Technical Lead, you’ll be the person ensuring these experiences run safely, reliably and at the highest standard every single day.

From preventive maintenance and technical operations to vendor management and venue safety, you’ll play a critical role in keeping Asia’s first integrated surf, snow and skate destination performing at its best.

Preventive maintenance & uptime

• Build and run the asset register and preventive maintenance calendar for all three arenas and building systems.
• Schedule maintenance windows with BU heads, venue partners and guest experience teams to protect peak revenue hours and maintain customer experience.
• Own spares planning and downtime response; track and report arena uptime monthly.
• Coordinate with external parties and governmental agencies (eg SCDF, NParks, PUB, SP etc) on keeping within required laws and regulations.

Technical vendors

• Manage OEM relationships (Citywave, simulator manufacturer) and specialist maintenance contracts: SLAs, response times, costs.
• Run vendor selection per the vendor SOP; no auto-renewals above threshold.

Building operations

• Own M&E, water treatment (pool chemistry and filtration), HVAC and utilities management, including cost optimisation.
• Manage renovation snags and rectification works to closure, including venue partner works.
• Manage overall cleanliness, general housekeeping contracts and staff standards for the overall guest experience.
• Ensure morning opening and nightly closing performed as per SOP including any loss prevention and protection of building assets during downtime.
• Coordinate and manage vehicular traffic on a BAU basis as well as during any extraneous events, activities or external vendors and guests.
• Manage, source and coordinate with external contractors on improvement and maintenance works.
• Observe and promote any improvement suggestions to GM for consideration.

Safety officer (formally assigned)

• Own safety SOPs, incident logging and investigation, first-aid readiness and evacuation procedures.
• Maintain WSH compliance and all licences, permits and clearances — current, documented, audit-ready and transferable.
• Hold stop-work authority: safety overrides any revenue argument, jointly with the on-shift MOD.

Budget

• Own the maintenance budget and minor capex planning; spend within delegated limits per the decision framework.

Requirements

Must have

5+ years facilities, building services or technical operations — ideally attractions, aquatics or sports venues.

Vendor and contract management experience.

WSH/bizSAFE certification or immediate willingness to obtain.

Hands-on troubleshooting and calm incident response.

Good to have

Pool/water treatment or ride/simulator equipment experience.

First aid / AED certification.
