Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for processing and managing customers’ orders with timely deliveries.
2. Timely keying in orders and acknowledgement of customer purchase orders.
3. Ensure no overdue customer orders; work closely with the sales team and business development team to clear overdue customer orders for deliveries/ shipments arrangement.
4. Liaise with customers on deliveries/shipment dates and any special requirements about customers’ order fulfilment.

Responsible for supervising 2 finance staff in ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Financial reporting / hedging.
Perform group consolidation and financial reporting function.
Support business unit in forecasting and analyzing of business.
Ensure timely submission of monthly accounts.
Liaise with external auditors with regards to financial matters.
Provide financial and cash flow forecast.
Handle audit and taxation matters.
Responsible for Singapore Finance Office.
Reporting to CFO
Working Location: Ubi
Requirements:
Min Degree in Accountancy/ ACCA/ CPA Certified
OR Min 5 years of relevant commercial accounting experience, of which at least 2 years are in a managerial capacity.
Good leadership qualities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
