Job Responsibilities

• Manage WPOL (onboarding, offboarding, renewals).
• Coordinate staff dormitory arrangements and related matters.
• Maintain employee records and HR documents.
• Handling all correspondents with tenants, government authorities and MCST related to real estate properties
• Responsible for maintenance of office building, insurance claim and other admin duties
• Carry out other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
• Experience handling foreign workers / dormitory is preferred.
