Responsibilities
Working Hours
Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays: 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM (Inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break)
Wednesdays: 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM (Inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break)
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays.
Key Responsibilities
Provide active operational support to teachers in teaching and learning environments.
Assist in the meticulous preparation of apparatus, equipment, and reagents needed for laboratory lessons.
Maintain the general cleanliness and upkeep of all lab equipment, tools, and the workplace.
Perform simple administrative data entry and general clerical office work as requested by the department.
Assist with basic inventory management and ad-hoc operational tasks assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements
Education
: Minimum GCE "O" Level certificate or equivalent.
Experience
: At least 3 years of relevant working experience. Prior experience working within a local Primary School environment is highly preferred.
Technical Skills
: Competent in utilizing basic Microsoft Office applications.
Certification
: Being certified or trained in basic First Aid is an added advantage.
Soft Skills
: Excellent communication skills with a preferred background in dealing smoothly with different stakeholders.
