Job Title: SPA Sales & Front‑Desk (Full‑Time)

Location: Perennial Business City, Jurong East, Singapore

Job Description

We operate a 24‑hour SPA and are seeking a full‑time Sales & Front‑Desk team member.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk‑in and telephone customers
• Introduce spa packages, perform upselling and follow‑up with clients
• Respond to customer enquiries, handle customer feedback and escalate issues to management
• Manage customer appointments, process POS transactions and maintain customer records
• Complete basic front‑office administrative tasks and conduct store inventory checks

Requirements

• Relevant beauty & spa sales working experience is required
• Must be able to speak and understand Mandarin, as regular Mandarin‑language reporting to management is an essential part of this role
• Able to work rotating shifts including night shifts, with 10‑12‑hour shifts
• Must be available to work on weekends and public holidays
• Able to thrive in a fast‑paced service‑oriented environment; good customer service and communication skills
• Immediate start is preferred
