Job Description
This position is suitable for fresh graduates who are interested in developing a career in ophthalmic nursing. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist doctors during eye consultations and minor procedures
- Provide nursing care to patients before and after eye procedures
- Prepare patients and equipment for examinations and treatments
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Maintain accurate nursing and patient records
- Ensure cleanliness and infection control in clinical areas
- Educate patients on basic eye care and post-treatment instructions
Requirements
- Diploma in Nursing
- Valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Willingness to learn ophthalmic nursing
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Caring, responsible, and patient-focused attitude
