Role Purpose
Responsible for project planning and control activities to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Scheduling:

• Develop, maintain, update and monitor the Master Implementation Program (MIP) using Primavera P6
• Establish a Work Breakdown Structure, identify critical paths, and align schedules with project strategy and milestones
• Coordinate with the Project Team to support effective project execution.

Project Controls:

• Monitor project progress, schedule performance, and key risks
• Implement project control processes, including the Last Planner System
• Identify schedule deviations and recommend corrective actions

Cost & Forecasting:

• Assist in project cost forecasting and monitor budget performance against approved baselines

Reporting:

• Prepare and submit look-ahead plans and weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Provide schedule updates, variance analysis, and performance reporting against agreed targets and key performance indicators

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction projects as a Planner
• Proven experience in project planning and scheduling using Primavera P6
• Strong analytical, coordination, and reporting skills

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
