We are seeking a highly skilled InfrastructureEngineer with
6+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure management and support.
The ideal candidate will
possess strong technical expertise in Windows Server administration, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), VMware virtualization, VMware NSX, Dell EMC SAN Storage, Brocade SAN switches, and Cisco networking technologies.
The role requires
hands-on experience in managing critical infrastructure environments, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and providing Level 2 and Level 3 support for business-critical systems

play a key role in ensuring the availability, performance, security, and reliability of enterprise infrastructure services.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Administration
Administer and maintain Windows Server environments
, including installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Manage and support Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) servers
in production environments.
Monitor server health, system performance, and capacity utilization.
Perform infrastructure maintenance, upgrades, and lifecycle management activities.
Virtualization Management
Manage VMware vSphere infrastructure
, including ESXi hosts and vCenter Server.
Provision, configure, and maintain virtual machines
based on business requirements.
Perform VM migrations, resource optimization, and capacity planning
.
Troubleshoot virtualization-related issues and implement performance improvements.
VMware NSX Administration
Support and maintain VMware NSX virtual networking and security solutions.
Configure logical switching, distributed routing, firewall policies, and security groups.
Troubleshoot network virtualization and connectivity issues.
Storage Administration
Administer Dell EMC SAN Storage environments
.
Perform storage provisioning, LUN creation, masking, mapping, and capacity planning
.
Monitor storage utilization and performance metrics.
Support storage optimization, upgrades, and disaster recovery initiatives
.
SAN Switch Management
Administer Brocade SAN switches and Fibre Channel fabrics.
Configure zoning and troubleshoot SAN connectivity issues.
Monitor SAN performance
and ensure high availability of storage services.
Network Administration
Manage and support Cisco switching infrastructure.
Configure VLANs, trunking, port channels, and switch connectivity.
Troubleshoot network-related incidents and performance issues.
Support implementation and maintenance of network standards
and best practices.
L2/L3 Support & Incident Management
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support
for infrastructure-related incidents and service requests.
Act as an escalation point
for critical production issues.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions.
Coordinate with vendors, application teams, and technical stakeholders
to resolve complex issues.
Participate in on-call support and major incident management activities.
Security, Compliance & Documentation
Implement infrastructure security best practices and hardening standards.
Support vulnerability remediation and security compliance activities.
Maintain accurate infrastructure documentation, SOPs, technical diagrams, and knowledge base articles.
Ensure adherence to organizational policies, change management, and operational procedures.
Disaster Recovery & BusinessContinuity
Support enterprise backup and recovery solutions
.
Participate in disaster recovery testing and business continuity planning.
Ensure infrastructure recovery objectives and service availability requirements
are met.

Role Summary
The Infrastructure Engineer is primarily responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of enterprise infrastructure systems, including Windows Server, Red Hat Linux, VMware, NSX,Dell SAN Storage, Brocade SAN Switches, and Cisco Networking. Additionally, the role is expected to provide cross-functional support to other IT teams during non-peak periods, contributing to operational excellence, project delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
