Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Learning & Development

  • Drive the Company's learning and development agenda by conducting learning needs analysis and implementing training programmes
  • Partner with training providers and stakeholders to deliver impactful learning solutions
  • Monitor training budgets, maintain training records and analyse learning outcomes
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development

.Training Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, shareholder, ISO and Workplace Safety & Health training requirements
  • Maintain accurate training records and support internal and external audits

Capability Development

  • Develop and enhance learning frameworks, competency-building initiatives and learning methodologies aligned with business needs
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements
  • Support and expand the adoption of e-learning solutions

Employee Engagement & Corporate Service

  • Coordinate employee wellness and engagement initiatives
  • Organise company-wide events, including Service Recognition programmes and staff activities
  • Support the administration and review of key corporate service contracts and operational processes
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency


Job Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, or Diploma with substantial relevant experience
  • Experience in learning and development, training administration, talent development or related HR function
  • Strong project management, organisational and stakeholder management skill
  • Familiarity with competency frameworks, training systems or learning management platforms will be advantageous
  • A self-driven individual with excellent communication skills, a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across all levels.
